We provide cylindrical grinding, centerless grinding, ID grinding and surface grinding services. We provide precision inside diameter (ID) to 30’’and outside diameter (OD) 27’’ x 160’’. Both CNC and manual grinding processes are utilized at bbc. bbc has provided precision grinding services for industries including aerospace, solar, food processing, semiconductor and many more. bbc can handle projects for research and development, prototype or production. Hard chrome plating, machining, thermal flame spray including plasma spray, flame spray, twin wire arc spray, welding including MIG, TIG and ARC, dynamic balancing and shot peen are some of the additional services available at bbc. bbc provides a complete inspection department to ensure components are completed to customer prints and specifications. bbc has been in business since 1945 providing a one stop facility for all of your precision grinding projects.
