Precision CNC Machining Services

bbc employs four-axis multitasking CNC turning / milling center, engine lathes, milling machines and boring mill to provide quality machining services. bbc provides turning, boring, drilling, threading and keyway machining. Fixturing is manufactured in house which give us greater control over the entire manufacturing process. CNC machining of 27’’ x 100’’ material is available at bbc. Additional services provided by bbc include; hard chrome plating, thermal flame spray including plasma flame spray, flame spray, twin wire arc spray, welding including MIG, TIG and ARC, precision grinding and dynamic balance service. bbc provides a complete inspection department to ensure machining is completed to customer prints and specifications. bbc is a full service machine facility.

bbc is an FAA approved Repair Station; Repair Station #BK3R400L.
